We’re seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) HR Manager to lead all HR operations for our Henderson location, with periodic travel to company sites in Nevada and California. This role oversees full-cycle HR while ensuring compliance, workplace safety, and a positive employee experience.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
Ensure compliance with federal, CA, and NV labor laws
Manage OSHA compliance, injury reporting, and workers’ compensation
Oversee prevailing wage compliance (Davis-Bacon, CA DIR, NV Labor Commission)
Partner with payroll on HRIS, payroll accuracy, and certified payroll
Support employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives
5+ years of HR experience (management experience preferred)
Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
Strong knowledge of HR compliance, safety, and labor regulations
Manufacturing or industrial HR experience preferred
HRIS and payroll system experience
