As we continue to expand our operations, we're searching for a talented Human Resource Manager to join our team.

YOUR ROLE:

The Human Resource Manager (HR Manager) plays a critical leadership role in overseeing all aspects of HR operations at Skybox Critical Operations. This role requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and compliance expertise to support a high-performing workforce and drive strategic talent initiatives. The HR Manager is responsible for recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and ensuring legal compliance, all while fostering a culture of excellence and growth. The HR Manager reports directly to the SVP of Operations and collaborates closely with the Skybox Datacenters HR Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Drive HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR functions and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Lead Employee Relations: Provide coaching, manage performance evaluation program, and manage disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy.
• Align Strategy with Growth: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and workforce planning needs.
• Develop Policies and Programs: Create and implement HR policies, training initiatives, surveys, and procedures to enhance employee engagement and compliance.
• Administer Benefits and Performance: Oversee compensation, benefits, leave, performance management, safety, and training programs.
• Ensure Legal Compliance: Monitor and implement changes to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
• Utilize HR Systems: Leverage ATS and talent systems to track metrics, drive insights, and support organizational decision-making.
• Manage Budget: Develop and manage the HR department’s budget in alignment with strategic goals.
• Support HR Team Development: Facilitate ongoing learning, training, and certification opportunities for HR staff.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with the Skybox Datacenters HR Manager on employee relations, compliance, and shared HR processes.
• Execute Additional Tasks: Perform other responsibilities as needed to ensure operational success.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience in human resources management or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline (required); Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven expertise in HR leadership, policy development, and compliance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing HR programs in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Working knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve conflicts, and balance employee needs with business goals.
