Description

If you are a strategic and action-oriented Human Resources professional ready to partner with an innovative and exceptional organization, the McKinney, TX site HR Manager is the opportunity for you. This role reports directly to the Global VP of Human Resources and is the business partner to our engineering, sales, product management, IT, and finance leadership team, overseeing the execution of daily HR across the McKinney site. 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Partner with leaders to provide strategic HR guidance, thought partnership, coaching, and data-informed recommendations.
  • People and organizational-focused problem solving: leverage organizational savvy to implement solutions that enhance business potential and performance, collaborate to adapt and embed HR initiatives with business strategies, organization planning, proactively and continually assess risks and opportunities with talent, retention, compensation, and engagement.
  • Act as an essential partner to HR leadership team: identify priorities; collaborate on shared functional initiatives; drive continuous improvement of processes, culture, and workforce excellence.
  • Effectively conduct HR management processes, largely through influence and guidance.  This includes, but is not limited to; performance management, compensation planning, development, team effectiveness, employee relations, talent acquisition, etc.
  • Strong communication to understanding business needs and HR programs. Change leadership and stakeholder management skills are required to effectively embed new processes and improvements.
  • Close collaboration with local and enterprise-level HR resources to optimize HR performance and productivity: peers, centers of excellence, HR operations, etc.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 3 years in an HR business partner capacity.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organizational structure preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Excellent data accuracy and organization.  Ability to work independently and efficiently and demonstrate sound judgment.
