Role Summary: As a Human Resources Manager, you'll align HR functions with company goals, manage hiring, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, directly impacting workforce development and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Development: Lead recruitment, design training programs, and champion employee engagement.
  • Performance Management: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems, address performance issues, and provide coaching.
  • Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure legal compliance, develop HR policies, and maintain efficient operations.
  • Employee Relations & Culture: Cultivate a positive work environment, handle employee relations issues, and promote inclusivity.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage competitive compensation programs and analyze policies for equity.
Functional Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration.
  • Oversee onboarding and exit processes.
  • Provide guidance on performance and career development.
  • Address significant employee issues and participate in safety committees.
Qualifications:
  • 5-10+ years of HR experience in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of payroll, HR best practices, and labor laws.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Relevant education in HR or Business Administration; HR certification preferred.
  • ADP experience is a plus.
