Description

Summary

Manage all aspects of SIRE human resources including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, company benefit offerings, terminations and employment related regulatory requirements.    


Essential Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage payroll, human resources, benefits enrollment and related communications.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.
  • Work with third party providers to ensure accuracy and compliance with HR related regulatory requirements
  • Perform challenging aspects of human resources such as misconduct investigations, disciplinary actions and terminations.
  • Gather, analyze and provide human resource related data such as pay ranges and benefit costs.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team on staffing needs, interview timing and disciplinary actions. 
  • Utilize the human resource system to ensure accurate records and reporting.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify potential reasons for employee turnover
  • Facilitate and monitor the annual performance review process and wage adjustments.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, including events, activities and recognition programs to foster a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Exceptional people and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to work well with others and also independently
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s human resource information system.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years or more of human resource experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other applicable computer software packages, as needed. 
  • Ability to think analytically and work well under pressure
  • Ability to maintain confidential information 
  • Understanding of personnel related items in a manufacturing environment
  • PHR/SHRM-CP or other human resource related certifications preferred

Salary Description
$75,000+ per year
