We are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to oversee and optimize human resource information systems while supporting a wide range of HR functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled at streamlining HR processes through technology. This role requires discretion, independent judgment, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
System Administration: Oversee daily HRIS operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
Data Management: Maintain accuracy, integrity, and security of employee data.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze HR data to support strategic decision-making.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance system functionality.
User Support & Training: Provide training and assistance to HR staff and system users.
Compliance: Ensure systems meet applicable data privacy and employment law requirements.
Vendor Relations: Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and system upgrades.
Project Management: Lead HRIS implementations, upgrades, and integrations with other platforms.
Troubleshooting: Resolve technical and functional issues as they arise.
Collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, and other business units to align HRIS with organizational needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
7+ years of HR experience in a corporate environment (preferred).
Proficiency with ADP HRIS systems.
Familiarity with third-party background check and drug screening platforms.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

High integrity with proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Environment: Primarily office-based with occasional exposure to manufacturing areas (noise, chemicals, machinery, etc.).
Physical: Frequent desk work, computer use, and phone communication. Periodic walking, bending, and standing. Occasional travel and light lifting may be required.
