WELL-ESTABLISHED and GROWING manufacturer is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Senior HR Manager for one of their plants just south of Sacramento, CA.

 

SUMMARY:
- Provide the full range of HR support to one of the company’s manufacturing plants
- Strategic and hands-on role
- Work closely with the plant leadership team
- Coach/mentor a small HR team

 

REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of HR experience 
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Manufacturing industry experience is required
- Bachelor’s Degree
