GROWING Aviation company is looking for an HR Generalist to support the company’s engineering and sales employees based out of their Waco, TX office.

SUMMARY: 
- Will provide the full range of HR Generalist support to the company’s Waco, TX office. There are currently around 30 employees (engineering and sales) based out of this office, and they are continuing to add more.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of HR administration experience
- Experience in high-growth, changing environments
- Proactive, solutions-oriented HR professional
- Experience in the aviation industry is not required
- Bachelor’s degree
