THE JOB:

Are you ready to step into a role where your expertise drives real impact, your voice shapes outcomes, and your skills keep organizations running smoothly? We’re looking for a dynamic, strategic, and solutions-driven Labor & Employee Relations Partner to join our team!

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Lead and facilitate meetings with employees, managers, and union representatives to investigate issues and drive fair, timely grievance resolution.
• Partner with union leadership and internal teams to resolve grievances and support arbitration processes.
• Manage day-to-day employee relations cases, ensuring consistent and effective outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
• Analyze complex situations to develop strategic settlement options that support business goals and minimize organizational risk.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 3+ years of prior relevant experience is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Previous experience working in a similar resort setting is preferred.
• PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is:

$67,100.00 - $89,500.00

This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.
