Description

We are looking for a talented Line Human Resources Generalist to join our team specializing in Human Resources in Fletcher, NC.

Responsibilities

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

    Ability to compile, analyze, and interpret HR metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Recruitment and Workforce Planning Expertise 
    Skills in staffing, recruiting, and workforce data analysis to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. 
  • Compensation and Benefits Knowledge 
    Understanding of compensation structures and benefits administration, with the ability to partner across teams to implement equitable and compliant programs. 
  • Policy and Compliance Awareness 
    Familiarity with HR policies and employment laws to ensure consistent application and adherence to legal and organizational standards. 
  • Training Coordination and Project Management 
    Ability to assess training needs, coordinate learning initiatives, and contribute to special projects that enhance organizational capability. 
  • HR Systems and Documentation Accuracy 
    Attention to detail in maintaining accurate workforce data and creating employment contracts in compliance with local laws and practices. 

Education, Licenses, Certifications:  
College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.  
 
Experience:  
Minimal relevant work experience required.

  • Reward and Recognition Dashboard 
  • Relocation Processing 
  • HR Audit Support- IATF,OFCCP,DOD, EEO and AAP Recruitment related Audits 
  • Employee Engagement – EEEC 
  • HR Procurement and Vendor Management 
  • HR Communications  
  • Workers Comp/Unemployment
