Job Duties


Duties Include:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Greet guests, answer phones
  • Help coordinate onboarding and new hire paperwork
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with training coordination and tracking
  • Perform general office and HR-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred
  • Previous administrative or office experience required; HR experience a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Physical Demands

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, filing, and operating office equipment
  • Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 15–20 pounds (e.g., files, office supplies)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and via electronic means
