We’re looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused Part-Time HR Generalist to support our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining a positive and compliant workplace culture by managing core HR functions such as onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions from employees

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks, documentation, and exit interviews

• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems

• Administer employee benefits and assist with annual open enrollment

• Support recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers

• Assist with employee relations issues and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures

• Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws

• Support performance review cycles and other employee development initiatives

• Coordinate employee engagement programs and HR communications

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or similar role

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities

• Comfortable working independently and in a remote or hybrid environment

• Experience with HR software (e.g., Gusto, BambooHR, ADP, or similar) is a plus
