KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily data entry and tracking in multiple databases
  • Responsible for maintaining files of all applicants and job interest forms
  • Greet applicants as they arrive for interviews
  • Ensure that applicants complete all pre-interview steps
  • Process in new hires and rehires as needed
  • Process backgrounds for seasonal employees
  • Provide administrative support to full-time staff
  • Participate in off-site recruitment events as needed
  • Assist with additional assignments and projects as needed

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS:

 

  • Computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and ADP Enterprise
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to handle high volume of calls
  • Quick learner and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be punctual and maintain a good attendance record
  • Maintain organized and clean work area
  • Personable and outgoing, able to work well with others
  • Strong people skills to positively interact with applicants, employees and guests, promoting our “Guest First” standards
  • Self starter and “out-of-the-box” thinker
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and ethics
  • Ability to work days, nights and weekends as scheduled
