Support the onboarding and offboarding process to ensure a smooth experience for employees.

Oversee the collection and tracking of compliance documentation (I -9 forms, background checks, certifications, etc.).

Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee and company information.

Experience in administrative or human resources support roles is a plus.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Comfortable using Google Workspace and DocuSign; able to quickly learn new HR software systems.
