JOB OVERVIEW:
As the Human Resources Assistant, you will work directly with our HR Manager to manage and maintain employee information. Payroll processing on a semi-monthly basis will be a key function of this position. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced team environment, and can demonstrate the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist with maintaining accurate, compliant and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation.
· Manage semi-monthly payroll processing for all locations.
· Research and correct any payroll issues that may arise.
· Provide clerical and administrative support with general office duties i.e. filing, office communications and any industry related tasks.
· Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
· Assist HR Manager with correspondence and company communications.
· Assist HR Manager in the development of HR processes and policies.
· Work closely with store managers to ensure documents are accurate and submitted timely.
· Run reports and audits when necessary.
· Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
· High School diploma or GED.
· Payroll processing experience is required.
· ADP Experience preferred.
· Ability to demonstrate problem-solving, attention-to-detail and communication skills.
· Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others.
· Proficient in Drobox and Microsoft Applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
· Must handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
· Must be able to work in the office located in American Fork (remote work not available).
· 1-year Human Resource experience preferred.
· 1-year clerical experience preferred.
