Payroll & HR Administrative Specialist – Irvine, CA

$70,000/year | Full-Time | Onsite M–F, 8am–5pm

Momentum Senior Living manages luxury senior living communities in 4 states with 700+ employees. Our Irvine corporate office is seeking a Payroll & HR Administrative Specialist to support payroll, HR, and office administration.

What You’ll Do:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll in Paylocity for ~700 employees.
     
  • Assist HR with recruiting (ATS), benefits reporting, and open enrollment.
     
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR, accounting, and operations.
     
  • Support C-Suite leaders with administrative projects.
     
  • Manage office tasks (supplies, gym passes, keys, vendors).

Requirements

 What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years payroll experience (multi-state preferred).  
  • Proficient in Paylocity and Microsoft Office Suite.  
  • Strong communicator, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.  
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, small-office environment.
