What You’ll Do:

  • Drive HR strategy to boost employee engagement, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, onboard top talent, and support career development.
  • Champion training programs and compliance with employment laws.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, recognition, and “Yes I Can!” service.
  • Collaborate with managers to build high-performing teams and resolve workplace challenges.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience (PHR preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong conflict resolution skills.

Requirements/Skills:

  • Minimum of five years progressive human resources experience
  • PHR preferred
  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Prior work experience in a union environment including negotiation and local and regional rules
  • Collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
  • Able to resolve conflicts with supervisors and employees
