  • Lead all aspects of the recruitment cycle, including:
    • Intake meetings and client alignment
    • Writing and posting compelling job descriptions

  • Ensure a high-touch, professional candidate experience throughout.
  • Take ownership of the internal and external recruitment process while ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Manage all administrative aspects of hiring, including job postings, interview logistics, background checks, I-9 verification, and onboarding handoff.

Candidate Sourcing & Branding

  • Create innovative and effective recruitment campaigns to target ideal candidates.
  • Evaluate and utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social networks, referrals, etc.).
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts to enhance visibility and attract top talent.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, sourcing strategies, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open roles with competing deadlines.
