We are hiring an in house Recruiting Manager for a growing apparel lifestyle company in Los Angeles. This is role will have full-cycle recruiting responsibilities across departments, build scalable hiring processes, and partner with leadership to attract top talent.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Drive company-wide recruiting strategy and workforce planning
- Manage sourcing, interviews, and candidate experience
- Optimize Greenhouse, Workday, and related systems for efficiency
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to forecast hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (apparel, beauty or cpg)
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
- Strategic thinker who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments
