We are seeking a Recruiting Manager                  

The Recruiting Manager is a multi-function position responsible for overseeing multiple facets of HR and recruiting support throughout the Division, including managing a portfolio of clients specifically assigned to the Recruiting Manager, in addition to supervising a team of hourly recruiters. The Recruiting Manager will work directly with the Director of Recruiting to provide updates, strategize, and develop tailored recruitment plans based on specific client needs. The Recruiting Manager maintains and supports programs and procedures in the areas of hourly talent acquisition, hourly talent management, client communications, and organizational development. The Recruiting Manager will play a critical role in ensuring we hire and retain the best possible talent for Xanitos hourly positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervises a team of hourly recruiters and provides support with their recruitment efforts.
  • Assists with creation of job descriptions.
  • Assists with the creation of Job Posts· Posts open positions to all appropriate job boards· Source’s candidates through cold calling, search engines, referrals, networking, career fairs, and other avenues·
  • Generates and maintains internal and external job postings; determines effective advertising mediums; places appropriate advertisements.
  • Pre-screens candidates per management’s directions· Prepares for panel interviews by creating interview packets (resumes, interview score card, and interview questions), sending calendar invites and reminders as needed.
  • Maintains all interview files, email communications, and electronic candidate submissions.
  • Coordinates, schedules, and attends job fairs.
  • Assists with preparation of offer letters, employment agreements and associated documentation.
  • Assists with the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintains high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information.
  • Participates in weekly meetings to provide recruiting progress and discuss concerns or challenges as needed, with internal HR, Recruiting Dept., as well as clients.
  • Provides weekly and monthly written updates and/or reports to show progress on recruitment efforts.
  • Provides transitional support and long-term recruitment plans prior to exiting an account.
  • Provides support with hourly recruiting efforts on new start-up accounts.
  • Maintains and updates applicant trackers accordingly.
  • Coordinates with hiring managers to determine best recruiting process for positions.
  • Screens and interviews applicants and assess talent to generate qualified candidates.
  • Coordinates all applicable employment testing and administers and reviews reference checks.
  • Aid as needed with employment verifications, background checks and new hire drug testing.
  • Ensures timely follow up and extends verbal and written contingent employment offers.
  • Coordinates all applicable forms, notifications, etc.
  • Completes weekly and monthly employment activity reports.
  • Assists Office Managers/ Directors with Hourly employee recruiting.
  • Assists with internship programs.

Qualifications:

  • Employees in Healthcare are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a term and condition of employment at Xanitos, absent a legally required Medical or Religious exception, and are required to report their vaccination status and upload proof of vaccination via a secure online portal. 
  • 2-3 years recruiting experience. Healthcare or related industry experience preferred.
  • Previous Management Experience preferred.
  • High School diploma required.
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment, tact, and confidentiality in all matters.
  • Experience supporting multi state field operations highly desirable
  • Experience working with multiple hiring managers
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and web-based recruitment tools.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient, detail-oriented, and organized person capable of delivering accurate results while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with various job boards, social networking sites and job fairs.
  • Ability to manage multiple (often changing) priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and presentation skills.
  • Must have the ability to handle confidential, sensitive information.
  • Strong value system, excellent judgment, integrity and listening skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
