The HR Assistant (Front Desk) provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department while serving as the first point of contact for employees, applicants, and visitors. This role supports HR information systems, maintains accurate personnel records, and ensures compliance with federal, state, and university policies. The HR Assistant also delivers clerical support and contributes to a welcoming, efficient front office environment.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma and 2 years of office/clerical/technical or related experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a closely related field.
- Experience in HR strongly preferred
