DescriptionWe are actively transforming the US HR operating model which includes the formation of the Employee Relations team. This team is chartered to support the critical, core HR responsibilities across our businesses, supporting managers with the tools and guidance necessary to handle challenges and keep their teams running smoothly. The Employee Relations team cultivates a positive and productive work environment by implementing and managing people practices that foster strong, collaborative relationships between the organization and its employees. As a Senior HR Consultant, Employee Relations, you will directly impact the business, the HR organization, and the broader company by facilitating the delivery of core HR processes and collaborating with key partners in continuous improvement of processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide coaching and consultation to managers at all levels of the organization on employee issues, including but not limited to performance, employee relations, policy violations, and investigations in compliance with Oracle policies, values, and guidelines.
- Partner with stakeholders to execute the performance management plan and approach to ensure active manager engagement.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with the business, within the HR team and with the broader HR organization.
- Apply HR management principles and knowledge to establish rapport, trust, confidence, and credibility with highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Proactively analyze data to identify and action insights and trends.
- Create solutions to increase manager capabilities and enable success against business objectives.
- Increase manager capability to build high performing teams and employee engagement.
- Build reciprocal relationships with key stakeholder teams and individuals in support of shared objectives against HR organizational priorities.
- Empower others to take ownership of problems, make effective decisions and recognize the broad, systematic implications.
- Manage high levels of ambiguity effectively and support the resolution of complex problems that cross organizational boundaries.
- Create an environment of personal accountability and ownership for problem-solving while securing commitments for change initiatives and adoption.
- Mentor teammates across the organization to support the organizational and business needs.
- Manage special projects and programs across the wider line of business client organizations.

ResponsibilitiesCANDIDATE PROFILE:
- 10+ years of Human Resources experience in a business partnering capacity with an emphasis on employee relations and performance management.
- Proven ability in coaching, influencing without authority, and building strong business acumen.
- Background reflecting strong tenure and career progression within a complex, global organization.
- Strong program management capability with the ability to manage and communicate complex, fast paced projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to lead with data driven decision making, driving use of analytics, relevant reporting mechanisms and proper communication.
- Ability to provide insights and analytics using Excel (pivot tables, xlookup, charts, etc.)
- Must be self-directed and able to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and effective problem-solving ability
- Ability to travel as required.
- Experience working in large global corporation, “High Tech” Industry will be a plus.
