Job Summary:
The Senior HR Coordinator serves as a key partner in delivering high-quality Human Resources support across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on employee relations, employee engagement, and talent acquisition coordination. This role blends operational excellence with employee-facing support, ensuring consistent application of HR policies, enhancing employee experience, and enabling effective recruitment processes. The position works closely with HR Business Partners, managers, and Talent Acquisition teams to support a positive workplace culture and drive organizational effectiveness. This position operates in a full-time, on-site office environment, requiring regular in-person collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations & HR Support
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, practices, and procedures
- Support employee relations matters including intake, documentation, and resolution of workplace issues
- Ensure consistent and compliant application of company policies and employment practices
- Assist with investigations, documentation, and escalation of sensitive issues when needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HRIS data
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Support the execution of employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action planning
- Coordinate employee programs (recognition, events, communications, etc.)
- Partner with HRBPs and managers to promote a positive organizational culture and employee experience
- Support internal communications and change management initiatives
HR Operations & Compliance
- Execute day-to-day HR transactions including hires, terminations, transfers, and data changes
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and documentation standards
- Serve as point of contact (POC) with Finance and vendors, processing contracts and invoices for the events
- Support audits, reporting, and data accuracy initiatives
- Assist with HR programs such as performance cycles, open enrollment, and training compliance
Travel:
- Occasional travel within North America may be required to support business needs and HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of related experience required, or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Proven ability to manage employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR data and trends
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Outstanding organizational, project management & communication skills
- Intermediate/Advanced skills in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $62,353.20 and $82,453.00 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
