How will you make an impact:
We are looking for an HR Coordinator who enjoys keeping things organized and people supported. This role touches many parts of HR — from onboarding and benefits to compliance and audits — so you will never be bored. We want someone who can get the details right while also knowing that HR is about people first, not just forms and checklists. If you like solving problems, staying on top of processes, and finding the best way to connect with people — whether by email, Slack, or a quick walk to their desk — you will be a great fit. A good sense of humor at the right time is always welcome here.
What will you do:
Be the go-to person for HR-related questions, offering clear, supportive, and approachable guidance across teams and departments
Lead and improve the full employee lifecycle experience, from onboarding through offboarding, making sure processes are smooth, timely, and people-focused
Administer benefits and leave programs, working closely with our benefits carriers and 401(k) retirement broker to ensure employees get the right support
Partner with external counsel to manage immigration and visa processes with accuracy and care
Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance documentation, partnering with legal when needed and supporting audits of all kinds — including annual ISO, benefits, 401(k), payroll, compliance, and personnel files
Support HR data reporting and analytics to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee information
Contribute to HR initiatives that build a positive employee experience and strengthen our company culture
Bring professionalism, approachability, and a willingness to learn — and know how to add the right sense of humor when the moment calls for it
How will you get here?
2–4 years of experience in HR operations, generalist, or coordinator roles.
Strong experience with HR systems, including Rippling, JazzHR, familiarity with SAP Concur preferred.
Understanding of payroll processes; direct payroll processing experience a plus but not required.
Working knowledge of federal and California employment laws; exposure to multi-state compliance a plus.
Experience supporting audits (ISO, benefits, 401(k), or payroll) preferred.
Excellent communication skills with strong judgment on method of delivery — able to choose between email, Slack/Teams, or a face-to-face conversation to fit the situation.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Approachable, open-minded, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
