What You'll Do
This role is highly collaborative and deeply connected to operations.
Partner with Leadership
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to managers and department leaders
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and leadership development
- Help leaders build strong, accountable teams
Drive Recruiting & Talent Growth
- Partner with hiring managers to attract top talent in field, sales, and office roles
- Support workforce planning and help identify future leaders within the organization
- Ensure a strong onboarding experience that sets employees up for success
Lead Employee Relations
- Handle employee relations matters with professionalism, fairness, and urgency
- Conduct investigations and help resolve workplace issues effectively
- Coach leaders on proactive communication and performance management
Support HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Support HR programs including performance management, compensation, and engagement initiatives
- Maintain accurate HR records and support HRIS processes
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who brings both HR expertise and strong personal drive.
Experience
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience in fast paced home service or construction environments
- Experience supporting both office and field employees
- Highly energetic and proactive
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- A problem solver who can handle complex employee situations
- A strong communicator who can influence leaders
- Someone who builds trust quickly with both leadership and frontline employees
Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a preferred
