Position Overview:
The Senior HR Generalist provides full cycle HR support to the organization, serving as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, providing high touch internal service and support to employees and managers. Administer all aspects of HR service delivery such as: employee relations, employment, affirmative action, benefits management, payroll and compliance. Helps to create an environment to attract, develop, retain and engage talent.

Standard Monday through Friday business hours with a willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed. Consistent and reliable attendance is a required essential function of this role to meet the needs of the department/team and organization.
Location:
This role is primarily virtual; however, monthly onsite presence at our St. Paul, MN office is required, with additional days for meetings or project work as needed. Candidates located in or near the Twin Cities metro area are preferred.
Compensation:
This position has a starting pay range of $69,000 - $88,000 annually.
