*Minimum 5-6 years of experience as an HR Generalist, Sr. HR Generalist or similar role. *Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field. *Intermediate to advance skills in MS Office particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word. *Solid understanding/experience with human resources, benefit & compensation administration, recruitment & onboarding processes, handling employee relations issues/conducting investigations, organizational planning & development, FMLA/leave administration, employment law compliance (FLSA, ADEA, EEO, ADA, etc.), performance management, employee development, corrective action, employee investigations, regulatory reporting.

*HR certification a plus - SHRM or other *Previous experience working for a government contractor *Intermediate to advance skills in conducting Boolean Searches. *Intermediate to advance MS Office skills in creating pivot tables, v look ups, etc.
