If you are looking for a highly rewarding opportunity that provides career growth, we are seeking a Senior HR Specialist who will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with local business leaders in supporting a designated geographic region. Under the direction of the West Division HR Business Partner, this position carries out a variety of HR duties including, but not limited to, employee relations, performance management, training, policy implementation, and HR compliance.

You should come with an intellectual curiosity and bend towards solving problems with little to no supervision. In addition, our ideal candidate will have a strong HR capacity, communication proficiency, ability to work with and support all levels of employees and managers, be highly ethical and organized, and have strong Microsoft Office and HRIS experience (preferably in UKG).

Benefits: Kleinfelder, and its’ subsidiaries and affiliates, offers an excellent compensation and benefits package, including: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid holidays. The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the California Pay Transparency Law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. Salary Range: $63,206-$105,487.
