You will play a key role in addressing employee inquiries, guiding performance management strategies, and facilitating development programs. By supporting both onboarding and offboarding, you will contribute to creating a seamless employee experience. Collaborating closely with teams across various regions, you will drive initiatives that promote compliance and optimize talent management. Accountabilities
- Policy creation and implementation
- Benefits administration and support for employee inquiries
- Handling employee relations and conflict resolution
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coaching on performance management and goal setting
- Coordinating training and development initiatives
- Managing leave requests and ensuring compliance with labor laws
- Providing daily inquiries support on US Immigration
- Assisting with compensation administration
Requirements
- 7-10 years of HR experience with a focus on benefits and employee relations
- Experience within SaaS organizations, preferably in healthcare/health tech
- Proven ability to work with global teams across multiple regions
- Hands-on experience with ADP for payroll and performance management
- Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, HR certification preferred
