Position Summary:
The Senior HR Business Partner plays a critical role in driving strategic HR initiatives and supporting complex business transformations, including post-merger integrations. This role partners closely with senior leaders to shape talent strategies, manage organizational change, and ensure a high-performing, legally compliant, and engaged workforce.
