The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join the Chief Aerospace Safety Office (CASO) HR Organization partnering with the leadership team in Everett, WA.
In this position, you will work closely with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, drive talent development, and support a high-performance culture in this technical space. You will play a key role in workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, leadership consulting, and employee engagement, ensuring that CASO is supported and empowered to drive innovation.
In addition to the HRBP responsibilities, you will also drive strategic people priorities and projects across the HR CASO Engineering team, ensuring seamless execution of key initiatives and enhancing operational excellence. You will drive alignment between CASO Engineering leadership and HR on priorities, strategic planning, and key deliverables. You will also lead priority projects that drive strategic awareness and communication, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across teams.
This role requires a proactive HR Business Partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at balancing competing priorities, and is passionate about both HR partnership and driving organizational impact.
