Job Summary - Senior Human Resources Business Partner
Grande is seeking a strategic and people-focused Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support our Brownsville manufacturing facility! In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to Facility Leadership and Associates (employees), driving initiatives that enhance workplace culture, boost morale, and improve retention. You’ll lead key HR functions including employee relations, performance management, compliance, onboarding, and training, while also playing a hands-on role in safety, benefits education, and workers’ compensation processes.
As a strategic partner to the Facility's Leadership team, you’ll collaborate closely with management to align HR strategies with business goals. You’ll analyze HR metrics, partner with Talent Acquisition in hiring efforts, and ensure consistent, high-quality support across all levels of the organization.
