Boeing’s Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner - Strategy and Integration Lead to join their team supporting Information Digital Technology & Security (ITD&S) in Seattle, WA, Renton, WA, Everett, WA or Tukwila, WA.

As part of a team leading project management, delivery and cross HR integration, you will utilize data analysis and insight in forming longer term objectives and priority planning and deliver solutions and support in multiple areas. Strategic understanding of the business and attention to detail are paramount to success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong collaborative ability to look across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product; a strategic mindset to drive actions proactively and execute on business needs and excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily executive support to the HR Director to align, connect, and coordinate business activities

  • Provide recommendations to HR Director for operational and strategic decisions in the organization

  • Lead, support, and collaborate the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. Annual Compensation Review (ACR), succession planning, executive movement, etc.)

  • Create and compile data and notes for monthly Best Team and Talent Reviews

  • Drive rigor into operating rhythm, assess effectiveness of operating rhythm and provide recommendations as needed

  • Facilitate and plan agendas for weekly HR staff meetings, integration meetings and other key meetings that support the HR team and ITD&S business

  • Coordinate with ITD&S HR and functional HR teams on deliverables

  • Utilize dashboards and metrics to support business needs

  • Communicate with HR peers and leaders on HR actions

  • Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives and goals

  • Provide day-to-day support, coaching and guidance to the team in developing HR solutions to address organizational and talent needs

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes

  • 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

  • 5+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans and/or executing strategies and managing projects

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

  • 5+ years of experience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources role

Summary pay range: $137,700 - $203,000
