We are seeking a strategic Senior Human Resources (HR) Business Partner to join our HR team and partner closely with the Windows and Devices (W+D) organization. The W+D team is dedicated to empowering every person on the planet to achieve more by delighting our customers through every aspect of the Windows ecosystem, providing secure and trusted solutions and best in class experiences through Copilot+ PCs. The organization is comprised of teams contributing at all layers in the client computing stack including Windows, Silicon, Devices and Supply Chain.
This role will be pivotal in driving organizational design and enhancing leadership team effectiveness. The Senior HR Business Partner, Windows & Devices will have a background in HR, with a focus on strategic talent management, organizational development, and leadership coaching.
This role is located in our Redmond, WA office.

HR Business Partnership IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
