This role offers the opportunity for both professional growth and the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Job Overview:<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span> Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b> · Partner with leadership to support organizational goals through effective HR strategy, policy and program administration.<\/span> · Administer and assist in development of human resources programs related to benefits administration, new hire orientation, compensation, performance management, employee relations and investigations, training and recruiting, employee culture and experience.<\/span> · Handle employment\-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and\/or sensitive matters to the HR Director.<\/span> · Ensure compliance with relevant HR laws and regulations, including but not limited to AAP, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, HIPPA, requirements.<\/span> · Assist with developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory standards.<\/span> · Manage employee leave administration to include FMLA, ADA, STD.<\/span> · Oversee benefits administration including enrollments, audits, vendor relations and compliance.<\/span> · Welcome employee calls and follow\-ups.<\/span> · Schedule and Conduct Exit interviews and conduct analysis.<\/span> · Provide excellent and timely customer service to employees, addressing inquiries and concerns related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.<\/span> · Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires, ensuring a positive and informative experience.<\/span> · Support employeeâs and program managers in day\-to\-day activities.<\/span> · Manage less complex employee relations issues.<\/span> · Assist with and eventually own compliance and regulatory reporting.<\/span> · Maintains knowledge of organizational and departmental policies and procedures, and specific contract requirements such as Wage Determinations or Union Agreements<\/span> · Manage and utilize HRIS platform (UKG Ready) ensuring data integrity, system optimization, employee account maintenance and accurate reporting.<\/span> · Support learning and development initiatives, including training program coordination and employee skills development.<\/span> · Maintain and update internal SOPs as necessary<\/span> · Special projects as required, drawing on background HR knowledge.<\/span> · Demonstrate flexibility and commitment to meeting deadlines â occasionally willing to work beyond standard hours when needing to meet deadlines, support special projects or ensure a smooth transition during critical HR cycles.<\/span> · Identify and implement initiatives to deliver HR excellence.<\/span><\/span> Qualifications:<\/span><\/b> · Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.<\/span> · 5\-7 years of experience in HR, with specific experience in government contracting, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and policy development.<\/span> · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint)<\/span> · Proficiency in utilizing HRIS systems; experience with UKG (or similar HR software) preferred.<\/span> · Understanding of HR laws and regulations, particularly within the government contracting industry.<\/span> · Experience in an ISO\/CMMI\/CMMC environment preferred.<\/span> · Ability to perform a variety of increasingly complex work in human resources.<\/span> · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.<\/span> · Problem solving skills and ability to simultaneously prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment.<\/span>
