Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to provide a professional partnership from Human Resources to employees, and management to ensure strategic HR alignment. This position is responsible for leading and coordinating a variety of human resource functions in the areas of employee relations, training and employee development, recruiting/staffing, performance management, policy and procedure interpretation and implementation, compensation and legal compliance. Other duties include consulting with employees and managers on HR-related needs throughout the employee life-cycle and data analysis. This position may supervise others as needed.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through, particularly in areas impacting payroll, benefits, and employee records. The ideal candidate is collaborative, service-oriented, and values building strong working relationships across departments to ensure employees are supported with care, consistency, and trust.
Pay Rate
The monthly range is from $7,365.17 to $8,720.86, depending on experience, plus partial benefits.
