**For candidates that are short-listed for this position, there will be an on-line administrative assessment required, comprising MS Office applications. This position will require in-office attendance at least four times/week.**
Duties and responsibilities, as they align to Ryan’s Key Results
People:
Create a positive team member experience
Coordinates Team Building for all of People Group leaders
Engages with all People Group leaders in building enterprise People Group wide decks
Client:
Engages PG leadership in planning change management initiatives under direction of the Chief People Officer
Value:
Develops and maintains project and work plans based on business requirements, timelines, budget, and required staffing resources; monitors the integration of business requirements throughout the project life-cycle as directed by CPO
Manages, prioritizes, and executes PG projects as directed by the CPO while working autonomously to meet deadlines in a deadline driven environment.
Ability to manage cross-functional calendars and support multiple executives; coordinating detailed travel arrangements (domestic and international); provides general administrative support to CPO (expense reporting, scheduling, etc.).
Creates and manages event planning logistics for teams as required.
Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, displays a positive demeanor and team spirit.
Work together with CPO to determine changes in project timelines and deliverables.
Organize documentation for PG and oversee departmental meetings, meeting minutes, and meeting preparation regarding venue and agendas.
Complete PO requests and monitor budget. Prepare initial reads on budget spend monthly.
Assists in work for the Corporate Awards, DEI and Community Outreach, routine and during peak times
Assists with other projects and administrative duties as assigned by the Chief People Officer.
Education and Experience:
BS or BA degree required in a business-related field and 2+ years related experience in a similar environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong judgement and understanding of confidentiality
Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills and must excel in a fast-paced environment. Must be quick, proactive and responsive and have experience supporting a team.
Strong desire to grow and learn project timelines, requirements and deliverables with a high aptitude for numbers and detail.
Ability to drive items to conclusion timely with minimal direction
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic skills in Microsoft® Excel and Outlook, and intermediate skills in Microsoft® Word and PowerPoint and internet navigation/research. Individual should also have basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and other commonly used business applications. Workday preferred

Work Environment:
