We are searching for a Senior Employee Relations Consultant -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will serve as employee relations subject matter expert (SME) and proactive change agent who serves as a liaison/relationship manager to mid-level and front-line leadership for assigned business units. The position is responsible for Workplace Accommodations position that will do 80% accommodations work and 20% Employee Relations investigatory.
