Travel Nurse Across America is looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist who thrives at the intersection of talent acquisition strategy and employee relations.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, strengthening recruiting efforts, resolving workplace challenges, and helping teams perform at their best. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, supporting hiring strategies, coaching managers through employee relations situations, and helping ensure HR practices remain consistent, compliant, and people-focused.

• Partner with leaders and Talent partners to support recruiting strategies, workforce planning, and hiring initiatives across the organization
• Advise hiring managers on job design, interview best practices, candidate evaluation, and offer development
• Serve as a primary resource for employee relations matters including workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Conduct employee relations investigations and guide leaders through disciplinary actions, PIPs, and terminations
• Coach leaders on employee development, retention strategies, and effective performance management practices
• Ensure HR policies and employment practices are applied consistently and in compliance with applicable employment laws
• Monitor trends in employee relations, engagement, and turnover to identify opportunities for proactive HR support
• Support development and maintenance of HR documentation including job descriptions, policies, and procedural guides
• Collaborate with HR leadership on department initiatives, HR process improvements, and cross-functional projects
• Maintain knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and emerging HR technologies
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to employee relations and talent acquisition partnership
• Experience advising leaders on performance management, disciplinary actions, investigations, and workplace conflict
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and coach leaders
• Ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with HRIS or Human Capital Management systems
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)

$60,000-$70,000
