    • Be a resource to employees, fostering trust and ensuring timely, thoughtful support across all touchpoints
  • HR Operations and Compliance
    • Own daily HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS maintenance, and benefits administration
    • Administer and manage all leave of absence (LOA) processes with compliance and empathy
    • Maintain a strong partnership with our PEO, leveraging the platform to its full potential
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and documentation requirements
    • Generate and maintain key HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting
  • Talent Acquisition
    • Own and optimize the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer
    • Partner with hiring managers to define roles, source candidates, and build inclusive hiring practices
    • Manage and maintain our ATS, driving improvements in process and candidate experience
  • Projects and Initiatives
    • Collaborate cross-functionally on projects like org planning, compensation reviews, and policy updates
    • Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and enhance people processes
    • Support ongoing efforts to build a positive, scalable, and compliant employee experience

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated ownership of HR programs and partnership with business leaders
  • Experience managing recruiting and onboarding in a high-growth, startup or scaling environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a process improvement mindset
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and proactively building structure where needed
  • High degree of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment in handling sensitive information
  • Bonus: Experience supporting remote/distributed teams
  • Bonus: SHRM-CP or PHR certification (or actively working toward it)

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • Opportunity to be a key player in a fast-moving, high-impact industry
  • Work alongside a passionate and collaborative team
  • Competitive compensation and equity packages
  • Excellent benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life/disability insurance
  • Flexible work environment
  • Your contributions will be visible and valued—we move fast and celebrate wins
