Sr HR Generalist

As a Senior Human Resources Generalist here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR initiatives and providing comprehensive HR services to our employees. You will partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance employee engagement.

You will work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact on the organization by driving HR programs that foster a positive workplace culture, improve employee performance, and support talent development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide HR support to employees and managers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 3-5+ years of experience in HR or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Ability to analyze HR metrics and develop actionable insights.
• Proficiency in recruitment processes and employee relations.
