Sr HR Manager, HR Business Partner

As a Sr HR Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce strategy and ensuring that our human resources practices align with our business objectives in the aerospace sector.

You will report directly to our SR HR Director, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by driving talent management initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the aerospace division.



Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract top talent and ensure a diverse workforce.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and training programs to promote a positive work environment.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Plus 6 years of experience in human resources management within the aerospace or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with talent management, employee engagement strategies, and organizational development.
  • Familiarity with performance management systems and employee training programs.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 plus years of experience in HR management, preferably in the aerospace sector.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive change effectively.
