Scope of Position:
Reporting to the Human Resource Director-Operations, The Senior HR Manager, Sourcing and Supply Chain will provide HR consultation and direction in people strategy, change management, data analytics, organizational development, design and talent development. You will define the optimum workforce composition and accelerate hiring, onboarding and skill development of our employees and teams. You will partner with the Centers of Excellence to provide deep knowledge and guidance in Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition. As a Senior HR Manager, you will work in a complex, matrix culture and will need to closely partner with senior leaders to create our people ecosystem designed to deliver customer and business outcomes.
This is a hands-on role working closely with multiple senior leaders that manage team members across the Watts enterprise. This is a people manager position leading a team of one covering our distribution facilities.
This is a hybrid position and can be based in our North Andover, MA, Groveport, OH or Ft. Worth, TX location.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
10+ years HR experience in a highly matrixed structure. Previous experience working in manufacturing or adjacent industry i.e. Transportation and warehousing, Industrial Services, Supply Chain etc. technology required.
Previous managerial experience required
HRIS database experience, Workday experience is a plus. Experience using people data and analytics to guide discussions and decisions.
Strong leadership and relationship building skills
Adept at consulting, advising, and influencing leaders on HR related issues to implement appropriate solutions.
Strong communications specific to creating comprehensive communication plans and executive summaries
Advanced employee relations skills, with complex investigations
Advanced problem solving, interpersonal, and written communication skills
Advanced business acumen knowledge with clear ability to partner with senior business leaders.
Advanced analytical, troubleshooting, and influencing skills. Ability to develop effective and creative solutions through a consultative approach.
Knowledge of federal and state employment law for the US
Travel: 25%
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or advanced degree is a plus. HR Certification is a plus.
Knowledge of federal and state employment in Canada, Europe and Asia are preferred.
Knowledge of union environments and NLBR.

Working Conditions:
While performing the job duties, you will be working in an office environment. You will be required to work in the office at the North Andover, MA, Groveport, OH or Ft. Worth, TX location three days per week (Monday – Wednesday) and can work remotely two days per week (Thursday and Friday).
The expected salary range for this position is $147,000-$167,000 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.

Ability to remain seated/standing at a desk or workstation for extended periods.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods.

Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.
Ability to physically move around the office and occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment.
