Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Business Partner, to lead our Mitchell & Ness HR team and drive key initiatives that support organizational growth, employee engagement, and talent development. This role will partner closely with the President of Mitchell & Ness to align HR strategies with business objectives and ensure a high-performing, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.  This role will report to the VP, Human Resources for Fanatics Brands

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and values.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Talent Management:
    • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for top talent.
    • Oversee performance management, succession planning, and career development programs.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
    • Foster a positive employee experience by promoting open communication and a culture of feedback.
    • Manage complex employee relations issues and investigations with professionalism and discretion.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
    • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date, legally compliant, and effectively communicated.
    • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals to support their growth and effectiveness.
    • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the HR team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in managing organizational transformation, employee relations, talent development, and change management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work strategically and operationally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a multi-site or global organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics.
  • HR certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent preferred
