DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Business Partner, to lead our Mitchell & Ness HR team and drive key initiatives that support organizational growth, employee engagement, and talent development. This role will partner closely with the President of Mitchell & Ness to align HR strategies with business objectives and ensure a high-performing, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture. This role will report to the VP, Human Resources for Fanatics Brands
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and values.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management.
- Talent Management:
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for top talent.
- Oversee performance management, succession planning, and career development programs.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive employee experience by promoting open communication and a culture of feedback.
- Manage complex employee relations issues and investigations with professionalism and discretion.
- HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date, legally compliant, and effectively communicated.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals to support their growth and effectiveness.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the HR team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proven experience in managing organizational transformation, employee relations, talent development, and change management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work strategically and operationally in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a multi-site or global organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics.
- HR certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent preferred
