We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with deep expertise in compensation strategy and execution. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives while providing subject matter expertise in the design, implementation, and management of competitive and equitable compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives, with a focus on total rewards and compensation planning.
Provide guidance on compensation structures, salary benchmarking, pay equity, incentive plans, and annual merit cycles.
Collaborate with finance and leadership on workforce planning, budget alignment, and cost modeling for compensation programs.
Support talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
Advise on organizational design, employee relations matters, and change management initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to compensation and employment practices.
Leverage data and analytics to assess program effectiveness, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
8+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant responsibility for compensation strategy and administration.
Proven track record as a strategic HR partner at the senior leadership level.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
