Role Purpose Own complex employee relations, investigations, and manager coaching to reduce legal exposure and stabilize practice-level leadership behavior.
Core Responsibilities
· Lead investigations (harassment, retaliation, misconduct, whistleblower, performance risk)
· Partner with Legal on sensitive and high-risk matters
· Proactively develop and implement systems for new employee orientation for continuity throughout culture
· Coach leaders on performance management, discipline, and documentation
· Ensure consistent application of policy across practices
· Serve as escalation point for HR Generalist and Benefits Admin
· Support organizational change and leadership/manager capability building
· Identify ER trends and proactively mitigate risk with handbook admin, complex FMLA admin, and compliance training
