Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 (Commensurate with experience).
Duties/Responsibilities
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
Support performance management processes, including training managers and employees on goal setting and development plans.
Maintain HR data integrity in the HRIS system and generate reports for decision-making.
Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to support exempt and non-exempt hiring efforts.
Facilitate onboarding, engagement programs, and exit interviews to ensure a consistent employee experience.
Administer HR programs related to compensation, benefits, leave, safety, and compliance.
Respond to inquiries regarding HR policies and escalate complex issues as needed.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; recommend policy updates as necessary.
Monitor HR trends and best practices to improve programs and processes.
Conduct regular check-ins with departments to provide HR guidance and share workforce metrics.
Analyze employee data to identify opportunities for engagement and retention improvements.
Partner with managers on restructuring, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
Collaborate with VP, HR on change management and training programs.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience required.

Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
Must be able to navigate production areas and wear PPE, including steel-toe shoes when required.
