A Day in the Life:
The Senior Human Resource Business Partner acts as a strategic liaison between HR and business leadership, aligning people strategies with organizational goals. This position develops partnerships across the organization to deliver value-added service to leaders and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. This position enhances productivity and performance by driving talent management, addressing complex employee relations issues, and coaching leaders and employees.

requirements

• Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation
