We have an exciting opportunity for a results-driven HR Business Partner to contribute and diversify their client group exposure in support of the KCNA organization.  As the engager and activator, you must be able to learn fast, be curious and demonstrate agility to shape and develop the HR agenda, as well as drive the execution of key initiatives, coordinating with business leaders and COEs on the program needs for the organization. 

As the TBP, you will partner with the KCNA Leaders and their leadership teams (Professional and Advanced Marketing Collective businesses) in a constantly changing environment by accelerating performance through our people, our culture and our organization. With a focus on the 1–2-year people plan you will lead HR practices and objectives that will provide the right employee experience, cultural environment, capabilities and organizational design that promotes a high-performance culture. 

The role will require the ability to build trust across all stakeholder groups and galvanize leaders, managers, and employees to optimize organizational / team performance and achieve full potential. The incumbent will also support the talent management strategy design and execution across the entire group. Scope includes design, development, communication, and implementation of sound HR strategies, processes, and programs in support of achieving business objectives.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain a strong partnership with business leaders providing coaching where necessary and employee development best practices

  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with leaders & peers while identifying and driving solutions to meet business needs

  • Manage escalated employee and leader needs, including self‑service challenges, serving as escalation lead for complex HR matters; advise leaders beyond standard policy, drive timely resolution, and partner cross‑functionally to identify and address root causes to improve processes and reduce future escalations.

  • Partner with HR COEs to execute the organization talent strategy inclusive of Talent Acquisition, IE&D, Workforce Planning, Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Management

  • Design and lead organizational systems (people and processes) and key organizational capabilities

  • Provide guidance and input on business unit structures, workforce planning and succession planning to leaders

  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, human resources, organizational management or a related field is required

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources supporting business teams or client groups

  • Solid understanding in data management and storytelling

  • Excellent interpersonal relations skills and a successful track record of partnering with executives delivering superior business results

  • Experience working in highly matrixed organizations with demonstrated success leading to organizational change

  • Influencing and coaching at the executive level and strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to develop and align HR initiatives to accelerate achievement of strategic business objectives

Salary Range: 116 380 – 143 740 USD

 

At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
