Position Summary

The senior Vice president of Human resources Lead HRBP, is responsible for successfully leading, developing, and executing the people and business strategy, reporting directly to the EVP CHRO. The Lead HRBP will add value to the organization by overseeing the HRBP team, ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with the organizational goals, while building an organization to continue to deliver best in class people and business outcomes. This encompasses diverse human resources practices, including providing HR counsel and problem-solving solutions to executive leadership team driving talent management, learning and development, recruiting, employee retention, engagement, data analytics, organizational development and be the first line of resolution for employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with executive leadership team to analyze, develop, execute people initiatives, strategies, and company culture.
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team by providing counsel relating to the people strategies, process, and employee relations, provides feedback, recommendations, and high impact solutions to drive superior results in a high performing company.
  • Leads and influences using appropriate human capital data for improved decision making that supports financial metrics, objectives and business growth across departments and business.
  • Aligns multi-dimensional change management efforts and presents HR strategies and initiatives in a way that provides clarity around integration and business relevance.
  • Participates in the design and facilitation of compensation and executive compensation through workforce planning strategies for all levels.
  • Prepares and works with other key stake holders, provides recommendations, and presents materials regarding compensation, people initiatives, diversity, development, engagement to the executive leadership.
  • Champions an enterprise culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the appropriate talent structure, engagement model, performance management and recognition systems are applied to support strategic objectives.
  • Partners with the Director of M&A to facilitate all tactics and activities from due diligence to successful integration.
  • Works closely with legal, risk and audit to ensure high standards of professional and ethical conduct are maintained.
  • Reviews HR policies and practices, recommends improvements, and ensure they are compliant, fair, and reasonable to all.
  • Drives leadership, people, and manager development, while ensuring leaders have the right tools in place to advance their team.
  • Ensure HRBP’s are fully up to date on business and people opportunities to ensure a smooth operating cadence on all matters.

Qualifications

  • HR Leader with 15 years of progressive leadership experience in strategy and tactical roles
  • Post graduate degree preferred. (may consider advanced HR certification)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong and decisive results-oriented leadership
  • Highly analytical with strong financial acumen
  • Experience working across diverse work groups and executive teams
  • Ability to diagnose organizational issues, then influence and lead from the front across multiple management levels.
  • Ability and willingness to provide a balance of strategy and execution with a hands-on management style.
  • History of driving strategic initiatives, organizational design, and change management.
  • Clearly articulated / stated history of building a strong team to deliver results to the business.
  • Viewed as a subject matter expert across the HR suite of disciplines to facilitate initiatives to meet the ongoing growth demands of the business.

The target salary range for this position is $216,000.00 - $270,000.00 annually.

The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
